Our Doggie Daycare Services are specifically designed for dog owners with busy schedules. We understand that most people work long hours and hate to leave their dogs alone all day. We have created a facility where dogs can socialize, exercise and develop positive behaviors all in a safe, Cage-Free Environment.
Our Grooming Services include state-of-the-art equipment, a relaxing environment, and constant supervision. Our goal is to provide an calm environment with a constant gentle touch from our groomers. You will also find that there are no cold cages for your pet to sit in for hours. All grooming and bathing services are Cage-Free! Our grooming is done by appointment only so that we can give our personal attention to your pet.
Our Cat Boarding, Daycare & Bathing Services are offered with your cat’s safety and stress level in mind. The cat boarding room is on the second floor where we provide a quiet and calm environment with lots of windows for their viewing pleasure in a tropical oasis. Cat bathing provides many benefits to your cat such as reducing hairballs, improving your cat’s coat & skin health, and removing dead skin and loose hairs which can prevent matting.

Playtime Doggie Daycare & Pet Salon is a female owned, and independently operated small business. We have been providing pet friendly services to our community since November 2003. Our staff is committed to providing all pets in our care with the highest degree of safety and love.
Our Doggie Daycare Services are specifically designed for dog owners with busy schedules. We have created a facility where dogs can socialize, exercise, and develop positive behaviors. Your dog will get to play with other dogs both outside in our large, enclosed play yard and inside, in temperature controlled playrooms. Our Grooming and Bathing Services include the highest quality products, a relaxing environment, and constant supervision. All Grooming and Bathing Services are Cage-Free. Lastly, we offer Overnight Boarding for our feline friends that include playtime, large windows to look out of, and lots of cuddles with our staff. And although we do not offer boarding here at our facility, some of our staff do offer overnight pet sitting services in their personal homes. About the Owner
Owning and operating a pet care business has truly been a dream come true for me! I have had an undying love for animals since my childhood. This love fueled my dream of having a career of not only caring for dogs and cats, but also caring for their owners. Once I graduated from high school with honors, I went on to a business college and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Management. I gained more experience after college by volunteering for the Delaware Humane Association for approximately four years. This enabled me to create, build, and launch a small business in Delaware.
I continue to volunteer for local shelters such as the Delaware Humane Association, Faithful Friends, Brandywine Valley SPCA. There aren’t enough words to express how rewarding it is to not only help our local shelters, but to ultimately save a precious life. I have found it to be a place where I know my time and work are always appreciated, not only by the staff, but most of all, by the homeless animals.

Mary does a wonderful job, she is knowledgeable on breed pacific cuts, she is caring and so kind, when my fur babies get out of the car, they get so excited to see Mary, they know they are going to get lots of love we will not take them anywhere else.

This place is great. My pup really doesn’t like being taken from her family to go for her bath, but they are so sweet with her. They do a great job with her bath, along with nail trim, and keeping her floppy ears clean.
The people here know dogs, and take every precaution to make sure your pup stays safe. Costs for baths range, depending on breed and need, but they’re definitely competitive.

My puppy loves it here! And I do too. I have only used them for grooming services. They do a great job and they’re fast. The prices are comparable to others, but from my personal experience, with better service. I also love that if there is anything that you may not particularly like how they did, they are more than willing to adjust it to meet your expectations. Everyone is always very friendly. Overall it makes for a good experience.

This place is fantastic from the staff to the facility. I bring my dog here every other day. The prices are not bad. They offer boarding and also grooming. The owner allowed me to look at the way the facility is ran and also offer discounts to regulars. They truly do love and care for your animals like they are their own.
